Coastal Utility Constructors was Founded in October 2002 by Lane Eunice and Joe Maguire.
Both Joe and Lane are former Ray’s Plumbing Contractors employees who, together, aggressively managed the utility division from 1991 until 2002. Joe and Lane started both of their careers in utility work, plumbing and pipe fitting in the 1980s. With their combined expertise, they decided to form their own utility business focused on quality service and client satisfaction.
We aim to provide quality and professional utility services that satisfy both new and established customers.
